NEXT Academy collects registration details needed to manage course enrolment, reminders, attendance, waitlists, follow-up, and reporting.

Dietary, accessibility, notes, and survey free-text fields are treated as sensitive operational data. They are excluded from sales notifications, AI summaries, and non-approved exports unless a later privacy/legal decision explicitly allows that use.

Production retention, deletion, export, and storage policies are governed through the admin privacy and settings controls before launch.
